International Shipping

  • International shipping charges will be calculated on the basis of product weight and shipping country.

  • Tracking Airway Bill Number is available on all orders. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking code number and link for your shipment so you can trackyour parcel journey status.

  • We express ship all the orders and you will receive your order within 6-7 working days after order dispatch.

  • Our shipping partners are closed on Sundays as well as on public holidays and so will not ship the products on those days. We have tied up with reliable courier companies including Blue Dart, First Flight etc to
        ship the products. They are completely insured and authentic. Express Shipping delivery commitment excludes
        holidays (Sundays, Holidays in India and destination country), unforeseen delays in customs clearances and alternative shipping instructions provided by customer / recepient to courier company.

  • If you think that courier company has wrongly updated the order as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 4 days of your expected date of delivery. We will liaise with courier company to provide
        you the proof of delivery.


  • Shipping chargeis calculated automatically during the checkout process when the shipping destination is selected.
        Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country that it must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
        may be.


Transit Risk

  • Luxyee.com will not be responsible for any lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after dispatching it at customer's address by courier agency.


  • In case if you may not like the product's quality, color or design; you must return it with its original condition in which you received it along with the bills and labels.


  • Kindly follow the steps given in return policy to register your dispute within 3 days after receiving the product.


  • Any dispute registered after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained by Luxyee.com


  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place and there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery time.
